Wastewater Fees
Sewer Rates. The charge to be imposed for sewer service to users of the sewer system of Milford City, Utah shall be as follows:
The sum of Thirty-Six Dollars ($36.00) per month, shall be charged for each family residence or unit connected to the sewer system. Multiple family buildings other than hotels, motels and rooming houses and others shall be considered to be a family residence for the purpose of this paragraph, and the same charge of Thirty-six Dollars ($36.00) per month shall be applicable to each family unit there in contained.
Other sewer rates per month as follows:
Commercial $ 35.00
Reduced Rate $ 17.50
Motel $155.00
Service Station $ 35.00
Church $ 35.00
Hospital/School $155.00
Industrial $251.00
The rate charged for sewer services extended to consumers outside the corporate limits of Milford City, shall be Two (2) times the rates of users within the limits of Milford City per month.
Sewer Connections. The charges to be imposed for sewer connections will be the actual cost of the connection including labor and materials.
