A Facilities Use Agreement will be signed by an individual over 18 years of age. This individual is designated the custodian of the facility and will be held accountable for any damages that occur during the use of the building. The custodian will be given direction that the use of alocohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited on the building grounds.
A security deposit of $100.00 will be required before approval is given for the use of the building. The security deposit will be held as a guarantee that the building will be free from damage and left in a clean condition. If damage has occured or the building is not clean, the security deposit will be deposited into the funds of the City of Milford and any additional fees for repairing the damage will be billed to the responsible person. |
