NOTICE AND AGENDA OF REGULAR MEETING - LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY
Please take notice that the Board of Trustees of the Local Building Authority of Milford City, will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, the 16th day of March, 2010, at its regular meeting place, the Milford City Office, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah at the hour of 7:00 p.m.
The agenda for the meeting consists, in part, of the following:
(1) Consideration for and adoption of a Resolution authorizing this issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds of the Local Building Authority of Milford City and calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds and any impact to the private sector from the construction of the Facility to be funded by the Bonds; and
(2) Any other business that may come before said meeting.
