Amended Notice
LEGAL NOTICE
Pursuant to sections 32A-5-101(6) & (7) Utah Code annotated, a public hearing will be held on Friday February 19, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at the Milford City Government Building, located at 26 South 100 West, Milford Utah; in the Council Chambers to gather information regarding whether a variance should be granted to The Hogs Breath Club, located at 434 South Main, Milford Utah, to obtain a club license. The Hogs Breath is located within the 600 foot proximity restrictions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act with regard to The Milford Public Library, located at 100 West 400 South, Milford Utah.
Public Input is welcome.
