Call for Bids
The Milford City Council does hereby declare the following property owned by Milford City as surplus:
Milford City Golf Course Subdivision
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
(Lots 7-15 and 7a)
A parcel of land located in the Southwest quarter of Section 7, Township 28 South, Range 10 West, SLB&M, Milford City, Beaver County being further described as follows:
Beginning at a point 839.58 feet South and 107.63 feet West from the center quarter corner of said Section 7 (Basis of bearings S89°39’41”E 2666.14 feet from the West quarter corner to the center quarter corner of said Section 7) said point also being the Southwest corner of Lot 7 of Iron-wood subdivision Unit #1; thence S72°03’00”W 694.77 feet; thence N87°50’55”W 285.00 feet; thence N02°09’05”E 103.00 feet; thence S87°50’55”E 200.00 feet; thence N88°13’20”E 82.36 feet; thence N72°03’00”E 300.00 feet; thence N70°54’15”E 100.02 feet; thence N31°46’22”E 76.71 feet; N28°00’00”E 62.19 feet; thence N90°00’00”E 210.12 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 7; thence S0°02’03”E 139.86 feet to the point of beginning containing 2.714 acres.
Minimum Bid: $120,000.00
A drawing of property will be provided upon request. The land consists of approximately 10 building lots (2.712 acres) adjacent to the Milford Municipal Golf Course. This land is not subdivided and has no curb, gutter, sidewalk, water or sewer connections. Successful bidder will be responsible for subdividing property and the required improvements per the Milford City Ordinances.
