PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Milford City Board of Adjustment will hold a Meeting Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at the City Building, located at 26 South 100 West, upstairs in room B1-B3, which shall begin at 6:00 p.m.

Consent Issues
1. Review and Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes of May 26, 2005.
2. Petition for a variance by Rick Rose to relax a zoning regulated side set by approximately two (2) feet for construction of a carport on the south side of the property at 33 North 500 West.
