PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Milford City Board of Adjustment will hold a Regular Meeting Thursday, May 22, 2008 at the City Building, located at 26 South 100 West, which shall begin at 7:00 p.m.

1. Chairman’s Welcome and Call to Order of Regular Meeting.
Recognition and response to visitors relating to Board of Adjustment Business
1. Jeep Spaulding- Petition for a variance located at 138 North 400 West to relax a zoning regulated side setback for a remodel on the North side of the property.
Consent Issues
1. Review and Approval of Minutes from October 10, 2007 Regular Meeting.
