PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Milford City Council will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at 6:45 p.m. Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the Milford City Offices located at 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah.
The purpose of the hearing is to address comments and concerns relating to the increase of sewer rates for Milford City water users. The Milford City Council urges residents to attend this meeting.

The undersigned duly appointed and acting recorder for the municipality of Milford, Utah, hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice of Agenda was delivered to each member of the governing body and affected entity and posted at the following locations: Milford City Office, Post Office, Public Library and www.milfordut.com, this 14th day of March, 2008.
