MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
COUNCIL CHAMBERS
26 SOUTH 100 WEST, MILFORD, UTAH
TUESDY, MARCH 18, 2008
Present: Mayor Eugene H. Mayer, Council Members Nolan Davis, Bryan Sherwood, and Russell Smith, City Manager Nedra Kennedy, City Treasurer Makayla Bealer, City Recorder Monica Seifers, and Attorney Leo Kanell.
Absent: Council Members Cullen Carter and Troy Netto
Visitors: Terry Wiseman – General Interest; William Wray, Sarah Wray –General Interest; Margaret Miller – Library Board, Regular Meeting.
Mayor Eugene H. Mayer called the public hearing to order at 6:45 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearing was to hear comments on the proposed increase to the sewer rates.
Council discussed the need to increase rates resulting from increased operating costs, suggesting the sewer rates be increased by $10.00 per connection, per month.
Mayor Eugene Mayer called for comments.
As there were no comments the meeting adjourned at 6:59 p.m.
