MINUTES OF MILFORD CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING
MILFORD CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS
26 SOUTH 100 WEST, MILFORD, UTAH
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2008 6:45 PM

Present: Mayor Eugene H. Mayer, Council Members Nolan Davis, Troy Netto, Bryan Sherwood, and Russell Smith, City Manager Nedra Kennedy, City Treasurer Makayla Bealer, City Recorder Monica Seifers and Attorney Leo Kanell.

Absent: Council Member Cullen Carter

Visitors: Rob Adams, Melvin Radmall, Denise Radmall – Economic Update; Cathy Wright, Lee Rousseau – General Interest

Mayor Eugene H. Mayer called the public hearing to order at 6:45 p.m.

The purpose of the public hearing was to hear comments on the proposed disposition of real property.

Mayor Eugene Mayer called for comments.

As there were no comments the public hearing adjourned at 6:59 p.m.
