Civil Fees
Title 3, Chapter 3.05, Section 3.05.040:
Civil Fees are assessed for failing to comply with Administrative Citations. Citations are issued for various offenses as defined in this summary. The minimum fee per day of first offense ranges from $25.00 to $30.00. The second offense maximum daily fee ranges from $2,400 to $5,000 per person, depending on the violation.
Civil Fees shall be due and payable immediately upon service of an administrative citation. The civil fee for each violation listed on the administrative citation shall be $25.00 if paid within 10 days of service. Civil fees shall be double if paid after 10 days but within 20 days of service and shall triple if paid after 20 days of service. Payment of any civil fee shall not excuse a failure to correct a violation or any recurrence of the violation, nor shall it bar further enforcement action by the City. Civil fees shall be paid to the Milford City Office. |
