PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING
April 11, 2007



The Milford City Planning and Zoning Commission meeting was called to order by Chairperson Thieme at approximately 7:30 p.m.

Present were, Members: Cory Beebe, Cullen Carter, Bonnie Hardy, Shawn Higgins, Robert Shaw and Terry Wiseman; Zoning Administrator, Arden Fowles. Visitors: Phyllis Mayer, Lana Shaw, Dee Chidester, Steve Austin, Bill Romine, Robert Johnson, Tammy Willis, Margaret Miller, Troy Netto, Sharon Larsen (all visitors are property owners in the affected area proposed for a zoning change).


1. Review and approval of the regular meeting minutes of March 14, 2007. Commissioner Beebe made a motion to approve the minutes as written, Commissioner Shaw seconded the motion and all were in favor. The motion passed unanimously.

2. Review and actions regarding amendments to the zoning ordinance and rezoning a segment of the city approximately from the alleyway between Main Street and 100 East, thence east to the rail line and approximately 50 North northward along the line of the above mentioned alleyway to the city limits. After some limited discussion Commissioner Carter made a motion to table the discussion and action on this item until the next meeting. Terry Wiseman seconded the motion and all were in favor. The motion passed unanimously.

3. Commission Reports and Comments. As there were no further issues or comments Chairman Thieme adjourned the meeting at 7:50 p.m.
