Notice of Meeting Schedule
Regular City Council Meetings for the Year 2008
The governing body of Milford City shall conduct one (1) regular meeting, which will be held on the third Tuesday evening of each month. Provided the meeting date is a legal holiday, the regular meeting shall then be held at the same time and place on the next business day that is not a holiday. All meetings of the City Council are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-4, 52-4-5, and 78-24-8 Utah Code Annotated, 1953. Agenda items will be calendared at noon the Thursday preceding the meeting. To request items to be placed on the agenda, please call City Recorder Monica Seifers at 387-2711. A written agenda of each open meeting will be posted at the Milford City Office Building, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah, Milford Public Library, and United States Post Office, and may also be viewed at www.milfordut.com. Meetings shall be held or canceled by the City Council as circumstances require.
