The Milford Justice Court and DMV office phone number is 435-387-5571. The office operates 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday through Friday and remains open during the lunch hour. Residents can pay their county property taxes, purchase a dog license, get a passport application, register a motor vehicle, and obtain a marriage license.
